Publisher Manager

ABOUT ADSMATIC:
We are a fast-growing performance agency that acquires large volumes of global traffic and monetizes with a suite of products. The founders of Adsmatic bring over a decade of experience in the Performance Marketing space building some of the largest Affiliate Networks in the industry. We work with many of the largest media buyers, ad networks, and direct sites and our partners rely on our capabilities to monetize their ad inventory with our internal products as well as third party advertisers. JOB SUMMARY:
The Publisher Manager will work with a team of experienced marketers on Adsmatic’s Publisher team across several International offices.

This person’s day will consist of strategically prospecting, growing and developing publishers accounts, in order to achieve set-forth revenue goals and targeted objectives on a monthly basis. They will also work closely with the Sales Management team regarding new advertiser campaigns and opportunities to grow their publisher’s portfolio. You will be paid based on your performance. Income potential is unlimited.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Prospect, Develop, Maintain, and Cultivate affiliate marketing
– Identify key media buyer partners and media channels
– Expand relationships by reviewing account activity and identifying opportunities for partners to improve ROI and value of the relationship
– Analyzing in-house statistics to identify opportunities for our partners
– Cold call new business prospects
– Deal with the day-to-day operations
– Contact various leads, respond to emails, prepare proposals, and manage customer support issues for several Accounts
– Keep up to date on industry trends, traffic sources, and verticals
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
– A relevant Bachelor or Master degree
– 1-2 years Business Development experience in Digital advertising
– Experience in Internet advertising a plus
– Have a strong network of decision makers in the Media Buying / Ad Network space
– The ability to build and manage strong relationships with clients
– Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
– Fluent in English required, a second language such as Chinese, Russian, French, or Spanish is a plus
– Willingness to travel internationally
– Flexible in working hours due to the international environment

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Sign key advertisers (CPI/CPA)
– Identify, penetrate, set up and grow new verticals and GEO’s within the performance advertising disciplines
– Negotiate changes to terms and conditions of contracts
– Act as a consultant to your partners providing market-specific advice and global best practices
– Where applicable liaise with international colleagues for global partnerships
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
– A relevant Bachelor or Master degree
– 1-2 years Business Development experience in Digital advertising
– Proven track record of exceeding Sales Targets
– Experience in Mobile advertising a plus
– Have a strong network of decision makers in the Mobile / E-commerce space (brands or agencies)
– The ability to build and manage strong relationships with clients

Media Buyer

Adsmatic is seeking an experienced Media Buyer with excellent technical capabilities and a solid knowledge of buying media on any of Facebook, native platforms or Google.

The Media Buyer will work with a team of experienced marketers on Adsmatic’s media buying team.

This person’s day will consist of creating, setting up, and launching social media, Native or Google campaigns for ecommerce products. Ongoing duties include analyzing campaign data, optimizing campaign performance and campaign reporting. They will also communicate with the account management team on potential upsells and new opportunities. You will be paid based on your performance. Income potential is unlimited.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Create and manage high-performing paid social campaigns and advertisements
– Review and optimize ads, ad groups and creatives with the goal of lowering acquisition costs for each campaign
– Conceptualize new strategies to increase conversions and campaign performance
– Analyze campaign, social platform, and user data to identify opportunities for growth
– Spot trends and provide recommendations to increase growth
– Use planning tools to conduct research and identify high value opportunities
– Work with Sales Managers, Design, and Tech teams to improve ongoing campaign performance
– Build and maintain partnerships with Ad Network platform providers
– Train and share knowledge with fellow team members on paid Media buying strategies
– Assist with daily and monthly reporting analysis for management team
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
– 2+ years of relevant digital media experience buying on Facebook, Google, Native platforms
– Degree in either math, physics, business, or similar
– HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript or similar programming languages
– Proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics and/or other data analytics programs
– Desire and confidence to earn performance based commission
– Superior logical and analytical thinking abilities
– Strong understanding of the dynamics of internet marketing, tech savvy
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Fluent in English required, a second language such as Russian, French, or Spanish is a plus
– Stress resistant and comfortable in a challenging and ever-changing fast-paced environment
